In college, I discovered a passion for helping teams navigate communication and procedural obstacles with effective processes, intentional planning, and diligent execution. I have enjoyed the opportunity to help enhance private practice optometry clinics by providing guidance and solutions to operational obstacles that previously prevented them from an aligned and integrated flow. My degree in psychology and over ten years of experience in optometry, customer service, recruiting and marketing have equipped me to contribute a fresh perspective and exceptional service leading to exceptional results.
