This phase includes policy and procedural guidance, training seminars and materials, staff assessment and retention recommendations, guidance for department and staffing structure, all curated to reflect your alignment strategy.
Flow
The third and final phase is designed to both empower your leadership team and inspire your staff to implement and maintain the new elements of alignment. This phase includes official implementation of new systems/policies/procedures, progress tracking, hiring strategies and methods, employee development, company culture and team building resources, and troubleshooting guidance.
